Acceptance of Terms By accessing or playing Bye Bye Ducks (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and Reddit’s User Agreement.
Description of Service Bye Bye Ducks is an interactive game for Reddit communities developed by Mediadeboer. The App is provided free of charge for entertainment purposes.
User Conduct You agree to:
Use the App for lawful recreational purposes.
Play fairly.
NOT use cheats, bots, automated scripts, or external tools to manipulate scores.
Any evidence of tampering allows Mediadeboer to remove your score and ban you from the leaderboard without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Mediadeboer makes no warranties regarding the uptime, accuracy of leaderboards, or compatibility with specific devices. We are not liable for any issues caused to your Reddit account or device while using the App.
Intellectual Property
Game Assets: The game logic and specific code are the property of Mediadeboer (unless open-source components are used).
Platform: Reddit and the Reddit logo are trademarks of Reddit, Inc.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mediadeboer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
